Payment Timing

Returns & Cancellation
Monthly / Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and continue indefinitely until canceled.
During the 14-day free trial, cancel anytime at hello@kotobapro.com with no charge.
After the trial, cancel anytime from your Dashboard's "Manage Subscription" link (Stripe's Customer Portal), or by emailing the same address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then, and no partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
